If we want to make changes to the report after it is implemented is there an associated cost?

Depending on the complexity of the request, charges may apply based on the changes required to the report.

Can we make changes to the reports any time we want to?

Reports are usually agreed upon by the business and signed-off during the implementation stage. Depending on the type of change request and ensuring appropriate approval is granted, a change can be made to a report through AllMyFunds.

What hardware requirements do we need to run AllMyFunds?

The minimum requirements are:
- 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
- 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
- 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
- Internet access
- IE7 or higher
- Safari

What kind of support do we get with the software?

You get both pre- and post-support.
For pre-support we have a comprehensive implementation plan which is consultative in nature. We assist you every step of the way to successfully put the solution into service.
Our post-support includes phone and remote access support for enquiries and immediate trouble-shooting. A scheduled site vist is also organised with you to evaluate usage and client satisfaction for quality control purposes.

Could we select NOT to use the Print & Post service?

Sure, this is purely optional.
The system allows you to carry out your own printing and posting at your convenience.

Do I need to convert my data across from XPLAN or COIN to AllMyFunds to use the system?

No data conversion is required.
Our system makes use of the open architecture (API) that’s already in place to interface with other financial planning packages and accounting systems. Once an interface is established there will be no double entry necessary.
